There is a Management Committee comprised of a President, Secretary, Treasurer, two Vice-Presidents and up to five other members. Members of the Committee may not hold the same office for more than 5 consecutive years. Officers are usually elected at an Annual General Meeting, but may be co-opted onto the Committee to fill vacancies or to provide specialist assistance.
In addition, there is a Musical Director or Choir Leader, who usually attends Committee meetings.
There is an Auditor nominated each year to ensure the Society complies with standard accounting practises. An audited copy of the final accounts approved by an AGM is submitted to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies each year.
